At the foot of southern slopes of the mountain Biokovo, with a stunning view over the Adriatic sea, there is a tourist facility „White House“ with 12 newly-built apartments of various sizes. The apartments are built according to the newest standards, are of exclusive design and contain modern technology. The apartments are about 1,5 km away from the centre of Makarska and about 65 km away from Split. Due to the vicinity and great traffic connection with the motorway and the airport Split-Kaštela, we are easily accessible to all visitors from Europe and the rest of the world.

This private facility was built at the end August 2015 and contains 5 studio apartments for rent, each 35m2 in size for 2-3 people, 5 apartments of 47 m2 each for 4-5 people and 2 suite apartments of 90 m2 each for 4-5 people.
The apartments are ideal for relaxation and escape from the city crowd and noise, possess a very intimate atmosphere and are only 600m away from the beach. Big windows ansd spacious balconies provide a stunning and relaxing view over Makarska Riviera and Mid-Dalmatian islands Brač and Hvar. This up-to-date facility has an outdoor swimming pool, fitness facility, Finnish sauna, jacuzzi and a massage lounge. On the groud floor, there is a launderette, a playground for our youngest guests and for adults we offer a winery as well as an outdoor barbecue.
The roofed parking lot within the fenced garden is very approachable from the main road and ensures the use of parking lot without much traffic. Makarska is the heart of Dalmatia and one of the most attractive tourist destinations of Croatia.
